Inga Zubenko has been a fitness enthusiast from a young age. When she was in high-school, she realized the value of living a fit life and how it can impact a person’s world-view and lifestyle. She dedicated herself to maintaining her fitness and regularly exercising and taking care of her diet. She was also an active athlete while in high-school and this helped her immensely in increasing her focus in all areas of life. Inga Zubenko understood early on that focus and determination are the qualities that can help her in distinguishing herself from the crowd and create a unique place for her in the field of athletics as well as education.

Her desire for fitness also helped her to excel in all other areas of life too, as she went on to use her skills in the sports arena to gain scholarships for higher studies. Even as a reputed businesswoman, she has continued to give attention to her fitness routine and her diet in her daily life. She makes sure that she takes time out of her busy schedule to go to the gym and complete her workout. She has also hired a personal trainer to keep her on track of her fitness goals and help her in maintaining an optimum level of fitness. She also advises her family members and friends on various benefits of living a fit life and they often seek her advice when they’re looking guidance in matters of exercise and diet. She mentions that along with exercising, the diet of a person is of prime important in all phases of life. What we eat determines our mood and our thoughts. Many times, people can feel and look better just by changing their diet and daily habits. Sleep patterns also matter a lot when you’re trying to lead a healthy life. Inga Zubenko mentions that a person needs good sleep if he/she is to recover from the stresses of the day and get proper rest to feel energetic for the rest of the day.

Presently, she is training for a mini-marathon and planning to take part in the event that will be organized by the end of the year.
